I am dissapointed with the 1 lady staff at the receptions.i booked for 2 bedroom apartment and they upgrade me from deluxe to premium. And they also gave few privileges that im very pleasant and thankfull. but the only thing that im pissed of was the way she handle complaint.i got a very nice room but problem wth the aircond.room like sauna.i already called the customer aervice and technicians come to fix it. but even after that the aircond still seems not functioning.several phone calls were made but only managed to move to new room at 6 p.m.i have asked for extended check out time to compensate the 4 hours gone.i asked the staff at the counter and she politely handle my case when came 1 lady staff asked me sarcastically interrupt my conversation with the receptionist. im not staying for free that you can asked me silly question like are you stranded in the no air cond room until 6 a.m?i know hotel policy that you have back to back hours to clean rooms and bla bla but what about my money?its not 1-2 hours but 4 hours of uncomfortable stay in an apartment called sauna..im ok if you tell me politely but the way you answer me like you dont get enough training on how to be at customer service.its not the room problem that im dissapointed with but the way you handle my request is wayyy to rude..this complaint only goes to 1 specific lady and the rest of them are all ????????..but overall i love the hotel and will dedinitely come back.
