This is my new civic 1st service 1000km inspection. I called 4 appointment and the staff told me cannot do any appointments as this is my 1st inspection. I hv to walk in to do my service. I got here and they told me hv to wait for "unlimited time". Because I didn't made any appointment and their are too many cars is waiting for service. What system is this?? I complaint but the staff told tht I hv to call ONE WEEK BEFORE for appointment . How should I know when my car is reaching 1000km? They even told me their business is very good. Therefore they can't accept appoinment. I told to wait because lunch time. I saw 3 staffs standing at the counter loitering and laughing coz lunch time. They speak and laugh loudly at the front counter. Is this the image tht Kah Motor should present? Talking and speak loudly in front counter?Unanswered
